Another dunmer lady.
didn't refine this one, i think it looks better unfinished. hope you like it. i used a photo [link] with permission and a mirror as a ref =P
i wasn't going to make her so sad,⊙︿⊙ but i was listening to Miss Saigon while drawing, and the picture turned out kinda depressing, hence the title ⊙︿⊙

With a glance, this piece evokes a strong emotional response. Her fragile eyes resemble a crimson sea of pure emotion, reflecting the pain, regret, and agony of every Dunmer who has ever roamed the land of Tamriel. This is truly a masterpiece.

I can't describe how much I love this. She's so... hauntingly beautiful. I tried really hard to recreate her with character builder, but stupid thing puts those bags under their eyes that you can't fix so she looked like an old woman T.T Why must all the elves be really difficult to make pretty? Frowns and bags... that's what the game gives people to work with. GAH! Anyways. I love this extremely. Thank you for creating it. :)

If you playing on PC i would suggest using Ethereal Elven Overhaul, it is simply the greatest mod for altering how the mer look in the game, while keeping them from looking too human. And thanks!
